Big Tree Grading utilizes the International Cannabis and Hemp Standard (ICHS) Fair Market Certification 100-point grading scale on each and every lot of material they grade, and provide a final Certificate of Grade.

Tamerlane’s dedicated customer success team is available Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and weekends between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time zone. If you find that you need support outside of our usual business hours, contact your dedicated customer success team member and they will often be available for you outside of these hours. Our mission is to ensure we are there to provide your business immediate solutions if any unforeseen problems occur.
