Graded material in the Tamerlane marketplace is quality-verified using the International Cannabis and Hemp Standards (ICHS) 100-point grading scale and provided a final Certificate of Grade.

Tamerlane’s dedicated customer success team is available Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. PST and weekends between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. PST. If you find that you need support outside of our usual business hours, contact your dedicated customer success team member and they will often be available for you outside of these hours. Our mission is to ensure we are there to provide your business with immediate solutions if any unforeseen problems occur.
